TLDR: I might be able to get the integrations team access to ACTS smart advocate.

The long: After chatting with Ralecia in VSS we learned that they have direct access to SmartAdvocate-

I set up a meeting for us to learn more about it and she brought up that she may be able to get our team access to ACTS smart advocate.

We set up a plan for me to send her an email explaining need and business benefits and she's happy to relay and advocate for us. I'm drafting that up now but wanted to loop in leadership.
