We couldn't find anything that we sent on our end. Brittany couldn't find anything either. As you and I discussed, it might have been Ryan. Anywho, we can push them to Smart Advocate but it would create duplicates probably.
Hi Malissa, thank you for the update. I'll follow up with Ryan and see if he's able to update the cases in Smart Advocate on his end. If not, then they'll just have to be pushed through and me and my team will have to merge any duplicates. Thank you for looking into this!
No problem! I think Brittany and her team are working on the LawRuler report. We'll get it all sorted one way or another. 🙂
@deleted-U0679HSAMSB like Mal mentioned we can set up the integration and push those values but yes it will create duplicates. I do not believe we ever pushed these automatically, maybe Ryan did but I do not recall us doing it. Also, we could just get you a report out of LR if you guys would rather add in them manually rather then try to know what to merge, up to you.
@deleted-U0679HSAMSB in order for us to update the records and not just create a new one we will need credentials for the API, specifically which case types, the SA ID, the LR ID, and what information for each needs to be sent (ie which docs or which specific fields each is needing to be updated). If there isn't a place for this information already in SA then that will need to be created and then we can update everything accordingly.
