The reason why the June reports were off is because once Nick McFadden, David and I got together on Friday we determined there 4 categories of PD talk time that should have been included that I was not told about before Friday, and now I have included those columns today and those were added to the June report that I did for Tony per Nick's request

@Ryan also the following Lead # 420970 needs to be removed from the billable dashboard as an agent put this into a Signed e-Signed Client Opt Out and there was actually no signed contract for this client, so I fixed LR to reflect that, which is now only Client Opt out. thank you

@Ryan The following lead# 517625 for case type CPAP-DL-Flatirons-Shield Legal, this lead was never a signed client in Law Ruler so if you could please remove this from the billable dashboard, the agent back in May looks like put it in the wrong status for being an Intake form, this is regular non-billable Disqualified client in LR.

the following lead# 512639 for case type CPAP-DL-Flatirons-Shield Legal is Signed e-Sign Secondary Interview-Completed on the dashboard but LR status is Signed e-Sign RE-TRIGGERED, so if you could please update the billable dashboard to reflect this as well.

It was a mistake made by Mark Maniora on naming contract, I fixed it. He put too many delimiters in and it choped off the (TC) (TIP) portion and so it will not show in the TIP dashboard unless it has the (TIP). :facepalm::skintone_4:
