@Ryan what you did you mean by the following: Tony had sent me more Transferred to PD from Connex One on Friday. do you mean for week to Friday last week or just Friday by itself
On Thursday Tony sent me an updated June Connex One report that has 1689 hours of PD talk time and your reports showed about 1000 hours. Just have Tony okay your CNX1 report please.
The reason why the June reports were off is because once Nick McFadden, David and I got together on Friday we determined there 4 categories of PD talk time that should have been included that I was not told about before Friday, and now I have included those columns today and those were added to the June report that I did for Tony per Nick's request

It was a mistake made by Mark Maniora on naming contract, I fixed it. He put too many delimiters in and it choped off the (TC) (TIP) portion and so it will not show in the TIP dashboard unless it has the (TIP). :facepalm::skintone_4:
Give it 15 minutes, it will be fixed.

@Ryan Hi i was wondering why the following statuses are not showing up in the Billable Leads All Time when I thought these were billable , because when we did reporting on Monday for the weekly reporting these were in there but not showing up now for the cases.
