I noticed in the email, you have that they owe 42,500. That's based on the original budget. Are we keeping 10k in the budget or should it be $32,500 (the difference between what we spent and what they paid). Just want to make sure i get the math looking right.

@Cameron Rentch Good morning! I'll looking at the backup file Bill @ Sokolove sent over. They've rejected 75 out of the 136 they have listed and it looks like it's mostly bad contact info. The previous week is similar. out of 167 leads, they rejected 101 and most have "bad contact info" listed as the reason.

- Victim must have been abused by a member of the LDS Church
- Abuse must have occurred in one of four states: CA, OR, WA
- Victim must be currently under the age of forty (40)
- Abuse must have occurred at an LDS Church or an LDS-sponsored event/mission/trip
- If abuse did not occur at an LDS Church or LDS-sponsored event/mission/trip, then (i) the abuser must have held a leadership role within the LDS Church at the time of the abuse, and (ii) the abuse must have occurred in relation to an LDS Church activity (i.e., abuse occurred at an ice cream social after Sunday school at the Sunday school teacher’s house)
- Abuse must include inappropriate skin-to-skin contact (i.e., barehanded touching of a private body part in a sexual nature (e.g., genitals, female breasts, buttocks, etc.). For the avoidance of doubt, this includes anal, oral, and digital penetration. Clone most recent intake, I have asked for AWD to circulate the retainer docs, let's get submitted into channel to get set up asap

- What are the years accepted? There is no real time limitation – we screen the cases on state by state basis based on statute of limitations, discovery rule, and statute of repose in each plaintiff’s home state.
A. What are the years accepted for the original implant of TVM? (ie original TVM must be implanted AFTER __(Year) Same answer as no. 1 above.
B. How long does the TVM need to be implanted prior to removal or scheduled removal via surgery? (ie more than 3 months, 6 months etc?) We generally want mesh in place for greater than 6 months to be sign for products liability mesh case, although we do screen the cases for medical malpractice claims about failure to properly implant them and/or failure to diagnose/treat mesh complications, so we will consider all of them.
C. What are the years accepted for removal or scheduled removal via surgery (ie last 2 years, last 4 years etc) Again, we look at SOL in each case. If want a hardline rule, in almost no states can we proceed where removal/notice of defect was more than 3 years ago.
- Based on prior experience, women have no idea what "brand" of TVM they have implanted, so I just want to make sure that we are signing up as long as the claimant states it was "TVM". Please confirm. Yes, that is correct. We can pretty easily order product id and go from there.

It's taken us some time to get any information from them about integration for that campaign but we finally got it late last week. The info they sent over does not match the intake we are doing and set as a test before the campaign started. To match we'll need to go back to the 11 or so signed cases and get a few more answers. If there's someone at ACTS i can talk to to get them to change their end to match us, please let me know. They're asking for insurance claim information, if it's habitable, and there's nothing regarding injury.

@Cameron Rentch Ok, he just replied: I had a slightly different number. Of the second to last tranche I had 17 of 25 cases delivered and 25 remaining of the last tranche. That would put a total of 33 cases at $18,000 a case for a total of $594,000.

hi @Cameron Rentch getting push back from ACTS on their VSS as some of the secondary interviews are for joint campaigns with Crump. the SOP i got from Brian is that, basically, unless it's Flatirons, we bill ACTS. I've gone through previous months and Crump has never come up as an issue.

also, we've hit this point with this AWD campaign: Client to pre-pay invoice with $375,000 for San Bernadino County JDC Campaign. • After the first $100k of spend, Shield Legal will report an estimated cost-per-case, at which point AWD may either continue or terminate the campaign and obtain a refund of the remaining $275k of the budget.

Make sure you add the credit back to budget for the 2 signed. Add another line item that says "potential return impact" with a count and monetary figure.

@Cameron Rentch For Chowchilla - i've got $5,250,000 for their allocation. We spent $5,212,000 (had a couple get declined.)
For AFFF/PFAS - $15,000,000 was the original allocation but they wanted to move $500,000 from noodle soup. We've paused it and the spend is at $15,288,700

Hair Relaxer - 88% with $558,500 left to spend (about 111 retainers) IL Juv Hall - 83.4% with $495k left to spend (about 70 retainers) NJ Juv Hall - 82% with $378,500 left to spend (about 50 retainers) PA Juv Hall - 94% with $79,500 left to spend (about 10 retainers) I know this one can go to 1.5m but I'm going off of 1.25m Los Padrinos - 82% with $48,500 left to spend (about 7 retainers)
@Malissa keep PA to 1.5, also give me trajectory and timelines please for remainders
want to see averages per day also do last 7day averages in separate calculations as some are +/- \
PA Juv Hall - updated to 1.5. 78% with 329,500 left. - about 43 retainers.

@Cameron Rentch I'm testing out something with that flatirons sheet i made for you the other day. It's still a work in progress but if you look at the test tab you'll see all the open Flatirons campaigns with the current spend. I've used the current rate in the dash to calculate how many retainers are left and calculated averages. Hopefully when it's done it will be a useful too. Just let me know what you'd like to have added.

@Cameron Rentch I have a weird question for you. I have a friend who informed me she did a PFAS webform last night. She didn't get sorted into ELG - Aaron or did the wrong one so she got DQ'd but she'd qualify for ELG - Aaron's PFAS Water Contamination campaign. Can we move her lead or do i need to tell her to do the webform again?

hery @Malissa BTW we DL Fl AFFF/PFAS is technically over budget. When they asked us to move funds from Noodle Burns it was not actually "approved" so we are technically over and need to adjust this.
i'll run a report and see how many are in WIP/QA etc.

Ok, I'm chatting with Jackson @Cameron Rentch. He said that we haven't had any new replacement requests. However
he does have drop letters from them with no reason or request for credit. Just a drop letter. I asked if we had changed them to signed and declined and he said no because there isn't a reason given. I've asked him to put them together and send them to me.
I told him it's high importance and will send to you as soon as i have it

I'm digging through old emails from Jon Wright to see what budget allocations he requested. Apparently we've had some signed and declines on the Maryland 2 campaign. On Maryland 2, $16,100 is showing as available. Oxbryta has a balance due of $16,265. His original instructions were that he'd use money from NJ when approved to cover MD and Oxbryta.
Since there is now an available balance on MD, can i use it to cover Oxbryta?
