If a lead is e-signed, and in a billable status it is "billable" (Is currently billable Yes / No") The earliest instance of it being e-signed is the billable date.

Cool- Just a reminder on it, make sure you refresh the data every lil bit- it's refreshes about every 15 minutes, but under odd circumstances sometimes the data can be as old as a few hours.
