I went through yesterday and they didn't have a phone number in Leadspedia either. The leads looked like this. No way to get that info.

If certain leads from a campaign have phone numbers and some don't then they'll be empty in Leadspedia too. Weird little error we hadn't encountered before. Fortunately it won't happen again this same way.

I have not been able to start constructing delivery methods. Since I do not have the lists. I told you last week that once I have everything I need I would need 4 working days to get everything migrated. I was operating under the assumption Richard could deliver what he said he could. He has not.

I did not. I emailed Richard again and CC'd you and Brett. He has not gotten back to me. With Connex One the degree we are needing to lean on them is immense. Their software is cool but If it takes 5 days for them to do something simple. Everything I asked of Richard was met with a response of "yeah we do that for you," which is fine, but if they don't actually do it that is an issue.

Yes. I made it yesterday while we were still on the call. Tony, don't sandbag me on a call like that ever again. If you're going to call me I want to know who I am talking to. That is highly unprofessional and if it happens again I won't answer. You can make a calendar invite and I'll join from there.
