Regarding the NEC campaign, we are currently working on obtaining secondary information and medical records for the clients. If these clients were part of the current campaign initial intake and retainers were sent to them.

We need to complete the secondary information and medical records for these specific clients within this campaign. If we are unable to reach them to gather the secondary information, it will be considered a "Non-contact" issue.

@Cameron Rentch @Carter Matzinger My understanding was that the Welcome Team at AWKO has not been able to reach the newer NEC clients. To address their concern, we have prioritized those clients for the ASA second interviews and will transfer to the AWKO Welcome Team upon completion.

@deleted-U05EFH3S2TA I wanted to also let you know that we are putting them on the dialer to assist on getting a hold of them as well as we changed their sms messages to see if that will help as well. Hopefully some of those changes will help today

@Cameron Rentch @Carter Matzinger @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW As a follow up to yesterdays AWKO Welcome team request, we attempted our first call from the AWKO Call Assist list to a client who had already completed their Secondary Interview, but were on the MIA list from AWKO. When Mario contacted the AWKO phone number provided, he was placed on hold. After checking back in with the client, Mario remained on hold until he was finally informed that someone from AWKO would return the client’s call at 3:00 p.m. EST. Can we please whether there are specific time windows during which we can reliably connect with the Welcome Team?
