@Tony @Cameron Rentch Tony and Cam - Please see below/attached from Kevin at Simmons regarding their Bard PP campaign with Bay Point: --- Just to come back to you on these, the majority were what I said, they did not qualify back in September but do qualify now, we were able to change 8 of the 13 to be a L1 or aL 2. The other 5 do not qualify. Notes in the last column for you.

LEAD1 Details Yes: Injured is living or DOD is within the last 3 years Yes: Had implant port system implanted Yes: Had Bard PowerPort, AngioDynamics or Navilyst Port implanted Yes: Implant port system implanted within the past 10 years AND Yes: Implant port system fractured, leaked, or migrated OR Yes: Implant port system caused blood clots, infection, or pulmonary embolism AND one of the following: • Sepsis • Endocarditis • Heart complications • Hematoma • Hemorrhage • Lacerated blood vessels • Necrosis • Organ or tissue perforation • Required additional surgery to treat any port system related complications
