For HR we are ready to go. Brittany provided us with all the documentation we need to start doing interviews. Its a long one, 2200 questions, so we are calling claimants now and sending out a product/manufacturer sheet, prior to the interview to cut down on time. Its currently projected at 2.5 to 3 hours.

I followed up with Alan and Brittany yesterday on AFFF and they are still waiting on Abe to respond to a question to finalize the PFS.

I am also going to do a quick refresher training tomorrow morning @ 10 for HR bc some CSPs seem a little intimidated by the number of questions. However, I took detailed notes during Brittany's training, and Brittany provided a great cheat sheet,

@deleted-U04GZ79CPNG does working now mean the CSPs can start making calls? If so, can we get a training ASAP, so we can start calling claimant?

I am not sure how the documentation is presented to you, but you generally have the specific guidelines that must be adhered to. Is there a way that I can be included in that original email? If I have that information, I believe I can do the training which would free you u to do all the other things you have to do. I know Brianna likes to train, so maybe I could coordinate with her if I have questions. I know you have a ton on your plate, so it may not be feasible for you to be the trainer coupled with all your other duties. Let me know your thoughts and we can proceed accordingly.

@deleted-U067A4KAB9U No, it is not ready. I just got out of a meeting with Abe a little bit ago and we are still going back and forth getting the finalized documents before we can begin. My message was to Cameron about the flatirons benchmark report where the AFFF data was not showing up correctly.
