Hey Brittany! I was just reading the email between you and Jennifer from DiCello Levitt. Is she looking for the entry submitted by Anita Burks? I'm not seeing an entry on the website from Anita Burks at all. All submissions get sent to mainfax@dicellolevitt.com.

My understanding of the email is that Anita Burks said that they uploaded their medical records to the DLGforme website back in August. I looked at the email correspondence between the agent and the client referred to in Jennifer's email and the client was sent that website on the date indicated, but did not send any records to us. I don't know what happened, but I figured you would be able to look into it better than I can. Would you be able to respond to Jennifer and let her know what you told me?

I can respond back to the email. The only person with "Anita" in the entries is Mary Allen and anita is in her email. She submitted 8/29/23
