@deleted-U04R23BEW3V , the operations dashboard has a list of all declines, you pull those lead ID specifically, that’ll help them know

@Cameron Rentch @Ryan I created this with what I have available in Law Ruler. It's every Signed & Declined case. I have a pivot table for each case type broken out. I am currently editing notes that don't make sense or have an ascribed reason from before the current decline process was established. Please let me know if there are any edits to this report that I can make. Signed & Declined

@deleted-U04R23BEW3V, see your sheet now. I removed reference to case type and parsed out the Parent Case Type. MB's cannot see clients.

@Cameron Rentch, take a look and then you can give to the MBs.

If there is a list of specific leads you’d like to see, I can filter for those leads and remove any excess data
