Notes for our call:

LawRuler Meeting Strategy

Meeting Plan:

Goal: Get discount on $46K for 3 API features or package more features into scope of $46K and ensure we have control of payment over schedule of delivery.

One of those Billable Statuses Feature so leads in a series-of-statuses cannot be changed once flagged billable unless new status is marked billable.

Strategy: Back them into a mutually aligned position with commonality of goals by aligning with them on "we do not want to cancel with LR, but the call center teams and others do so we need your help". Stressing our knowledge of the situation and features to get rate, hours decreased or scope of features increased by asking for this one-time discount or enhancement of the scope. Get to timeline, milestones and payment.

Sequential Talk Tracks:

  1. First, we are all on the same team, but our side of the locker room just wants to ensure that any solution ensures all of our LawRuler stakeholders walk away happy, right Dean?
  2. So if we can get LR some value better features and custom dev revenue, build a deeper relationship with a large and growing key account, but ensure that all stakeholders at our companies are happy with the deliverables of the $46K, I think we can have a team win here, you agree Dean?
  3. Also, noting that Cameron and our teams key project consideration be timeline, what is the schedule for delivery on the SOW as it stands now?
  4. Can we have it faster?
  5. Please send us a schedule and please put major milestones into the schedule, as we will require to pay out on milestones to ensure we do not find ourselves in a situation of non-delivery. I hope you understand.
  6. In my experience as custom development engineer and professional services and using todays market rates at $200 per hour custom dev, $46K is 230 hours. Is that how the $46K total cost was calculated? What is the rate on that?
  7. Now with this agreement in place (on this call), if we said right now, "we are good" we would spend X on the API features and that would make only us developers happy, so of these many, many features, lets talk about the one that is truly important: a.   1. Other Features: a. As discussed, there are certain aspects requiring custom development work as they are not native functions of the system, such as: i. Implementing user permissions to prevent field editing once they become cases. ii. Creating specific dialer features. iii. Unlocking certain fields and organizing them in the user interface.
  2. Furthermore, we suggested three different workflow options to mitigate internal user issues: a. Restricting intake user permissions to view only leads assigned to them, ensuring that only the current assignee can edit lead information. Milestones and statuses would be used to manage tasks within this workflow. i. The feedback on this was due to wanting multiple users to have visibility to a lead if a lead is unassigned since there is not official admin in charge of lead disbursement. b. Creating a dedicated portal for cases, where qualified leads are sent for further processing, allowing for seamless data transfer and management. i. The feedback we received on this was that you did not want to have 2 separate systems to manage and were worried about the additional lead ID's c. Implementing separate cases to maintain departmental separation, utilizing user permissions to control visibility of specific case types for each user. i. The feed back we received on this was you were concerned about being unable to pull reports in a designated case type.

Everything I have read in regards to limits from gmail doesn't sound like we should be hitting a limit. Microsoft thinks it is gmail too but they also agree that we shouldn't be hitting the limit based on our usage

@Mike, Nick and I are talking about using the new TikTok Biz Mgr integration connector to Google Sheets rather than Zapier to pull Native Form leads and load into data warehouse. Not sure we need to do anything to your Zaps that pull leads into Leadspedia and pass TikTok LeadID for the TikTok CRM Event application.
