On the Sent Pivot tab, I broke out the days that there was no sent email activity. There are 6 business days in the last 22 where she had no activity. Even on days with activity, it is primarily timecards, schedules and personal email forwards from playing online.

It was during, that's why I walked over your way. It was Brittany as the ring-leader, but the entire team was circled up. Bonus plans, pay raises and promotions were the topics. Loudly comparing starting pay for positions in their dept and others. And whether or not pay increases always come with promotions.
