hi I know u hate slack but I just sent Alan this and wanted to share with you too :) "remember how SGGH was concerned to hand over their clients to post acq...like they wanted to make sure they would be taken care of etc and wanted quality control externally... so after their last visit things got moving... well here's the funny part... a few days ago Kasia asked if we could reach out to a client signed up for some dr abuse case they are on (not in post acq but we did the intake)... I guess client signed but then refused to talk to sggh and they needed time sensitive info... so they asked if I could reach out... (intake was horrible I had no context truly on what the situation was) and so I said yes no problem what is the party needing to establish contact ill do a warm transfer if I get her....so it was a lawyer Amanda... I called 2 days no answer, sent an email, no answer. Parker was very impatient about getting her... anyways, I call yesterday and she picks up...I barely could get her off the phone, and run retention. I ease concerns and come up with a client centered game plan to ease fear (email w. info/media clips to verify sggh legitimacy) so she agrees to speak to them I warm transfer... Amanda doesn't answer. Parker asks me to send the email w. Amanda on it and BCC him. so I did, and honestly the email was pretty good in my opinion. you know I like writing. but it is just funny how they feared external contractors wouldn't fit the quality control of the firm but then are realizing not only do we compliment and match it in most cases but serve a purpose they cannot fill. we are not sterile, overly formal, but our secret sauce is that we KNOW the population... we are able to establish rapport, and quick. their clients trust us, and the fact we are vouching FOR the firms, not the other way around, is the power in our foundation.
