Do you follow up on this to confirm, make sure they are good, vs someone "trying to get in" ?
I’ll check on this Luis situation. Usually I’ll just slack people when I see these to make sure there isn’t anything funky going on.

Hi, sorry for the delay. I was back in WI for a funeral this weekend and am getting caught up this morning. Law Ruler investigates when these come up, but the surest way to get communications back from them is for us to open a ticket when we see these. That said, all of the ticket outcomes in the past have returned that the reason for the block is that we are sending SMS messages to land lines or out of service numbers and they get flagged.

Got a call from Thomas/Monday.com just now, he was following up on Licensing needing to be readjusted, and I let him know, that you and I had covered this, and you were going to take care of this, and he stated, that you had, but we have ticked up/over again.
He also asked who he should talk to about the Annual Comit, and I said at this time, that would be me, as I have had the conversation about it, and he and I will revisit the 15th of july, and you and I can more-or-less confirm, we don't need it and I LHK that we may or may not be needing it on the annual basis.... GM, appreciating that you are doing a lot, and in getting ready to take your trip, I wanted to check in with you on the reality of things before they get any more challenging, also in speaking with Cameron yesterday, when not being able to for the previous few days, he asked that you have "everything you have going on outlined and dialed in before you leave" To which of course, I said, "he's already doing that and he mentioned that during our interactions today (being yesterday)"
I know you are working on "updating the previous TU Data to get additional contact info" and lining up those best times to call with that data for unclosed contacts, and then prepping new dial and contact info to go out today, so we can get that data back Monday, and use best time to call, and potentially updated contact numbers.
Also, how are you/whoever/ be able to do anything with Screen Recordings for LR, F9, reporting so we can send to Sphere?
I need to do whatever is necessary, for me to be included as an authorized contact/admin and or you and I need to share an admin_alias where you and I are copied on such requests/needs, what are your thoughts on that, one way or the other please?

I loaded the example reports and some background info on a google sheet yesterday for Sphere. I plan to have all the recordings uploaded before the call at 11 with them today. If it takes me longer for any reason, it will still be in before I leave today.
I’ll have an OOO doc to share early next week for coverage and open items. I’ll prep anyone impacted to make sure they are surprised by anything.
I did learn that McFadden is going to be out for a couple weeks as well. Not sure if that was ever communicated by him to anyone.
