@Cameron Rentch, since Wednesday activation, I had Lee contact Google to inquire on when we can expect impressions and they said 48 to 72 hours. Friday is third day. We have the budgets at immense levels and per Google we have gotten both listings reviews from our team, and requested more from the CSPs and BCL agents to improve ad ranking.
I will ask Lee to give us updates in the <#G01EZBX7AUT|> channel and tag us
And as a Plan B, I had Lee build Google Ads > Google My Business Listings Extensions for Google Maps campaign for TX. When we ran that for Aaron Law Group's $36000 in December to February, we got pretty good results as 90% of all call leads came from Google Maps > Click To Call.

@Cameron Rentch spoke to James, and confirmed that we’re going to focus on finishing the predictive model research with a much smaller subset of data, only doing the top five drugs so that we can complete feasibility. I told him we need to have some dashboards to present to you to show all of the ranking and research before we would ever commit to any high-priced licenses. He agreed.
Do note that this product is feasible from the development and delivery perspective, because we know we have the right data in the court data.
We also confirmed from UniCourt, that if we do upgrade later that our cost of the API will be credited into the 120K.

Which they said is about 5 weeks. If Branden tries to reformulate this, I'll advise.
FYI, the Leadspedia forms to LawRuler to Zapier to ConnexOne makes no sense....if LawRuler takes 10 seconds to finish webhook vs Connex one 1 second, Brian H's idea IS faster to delay Connex One dialer 10 seconds, because that would be at worst 11 seconds to start lead-call-back versus LawRuler's 10 seconds, plus 7 seconds for Zapier and 1 more second for ConnexOne. Total 18 seconds.
So that means Adam / Tony / Brett need to be told that Leadspedia must send the Dual Delivery Method, one to Connex with 10 second delay, and one to LawRuler so agent has both records in the dual systems.

It appears we have 9 Auto Accident deals in total.
That $7500 per month we charge for Exec Oversight, I can allocate that to cover X% of that $70K. Already collected $45K for that line item in 2024.

@Cameron Rentch, so I have all agent commissions per campaign from Brett. Then Brett did a calculation estimating the intake and QA agent touch of each sign up comes right up to $122 dollars in total internal TIP cost per e-sign. So that means if I keep those at $122 for all case types in April, we are essentially pricing it break even. Maybe hop on here for 5 minutes and let us know this is what you want please?

Your Paid vs Spent is what Luke "trash canned" when he threw a hissy fit over being offered $12K more per year and removal of financial analyst role in 30 days, robbing me of any real days off on my supposed days off. And we have 127 columns in this data set that combines Copper Opportunities / Shield Order, Shield Payments, Leadspedia Contracts and daily Shield Financials. I am trying to "organize the 127 columns, make certain columns format as numbers and sum / average out properly, while making sure Brian, Malissa and Greg are doing their jobs of ensuring your orders, payments are on the system. And that Mark does not name them wrong and adds their Contract IDs into Copper. So when it is ready, we can break it into small chunks for "Live Orders" versus "Completed / Paused Orders" so that the Accounting and Sales Operations teams can ensure your orders budgets, payments and linking to Leadspedia and Shield Financials database is done as required.
Actual revenue / client-costs will still be updated by me and Nick eventually.
Then once you have it reconciled with Accounting & Sales Ops, and we make sure Luke's code is accurate, then Paid Vs Spent will be ready and that same data will let me build the new and improved Shield Client Dashboard order summary and details portion.
Be sure to let Nick know that getting LawRuler Inbox, Intake Questions and Answers and Statuses, plus Leadspedia Sold Leads data pipelines done ASAP is a priority. That HAS to happen for us to ever get out of the tire-spinning mode we've been in for months.

Quick update on paid versus spent. I’ve got the dashboard ready, I’m going through it and validating that my calculations work properly, and then I’m finding deals that are not put into Copper correctly. Had a meeting with Greg and Malissa and Mark, they’re working on reviewing and cleaning up. Then will export to a sheet for you to reconcile. Starting with active and renewal pending orders.

FYI, Brian Hirst has the TIP Online App / Portal working so that Tony and team can manage the real-time Intake Templates pricing, agent commissions and category points, etc, etc, so EOM financials can be automated for billing in the new in-dev BI warehouse and application.
He is also building the Shield "client reporting dashboard portal" that will use Looker Enterprise embedded dashboards in the App that I will start once I get Looker Enterprise Paid Vs. Spent built and working first for Marc.
I know Nick and Ahsan are trying to get the TIP LawRuler Leads, Intake Templates and Intake Answers and Statuses and Leadspedia Sold Leads data piped into their respective data warehouses but integrations keep slowing them down. So that is the reason a replacement for Shane would be recommended. Having developers constantly addressing customer needs is fine, but it comes with a great timeline impact.
And you should chime into the TrustedForm email chain today and review their counter offer to contract being changed. I'd be down to throw legal at them since they negotiated and bad faith and withheld the information we learned on our call with them when they sheepishly informed us of the 90 day window.
@Cameron Rentch, so UniCourt.com team was very cool about our early data needs in our tortelligence.ai project. They understand our court data scope needs and I asked them to consider using our $27K, our first overage of $11K and our latest overage of $13K to be prorated against the $120K Snowflake MDL / Product Liability / Personal Injury datasets. James confirmed he won't need to hit their API before the feasibility dashboard is ready for you, James and myself to review. I'll loop you into that conversation.

@Ryan this just does NOT seem correct for call center costs? I need to talk with you about this ASAP. We just can not have call center costs. It is showing call center cost is 1/2 of the cost of each lead.
Equals 74/per lead for just calling (3858 leads) and 489 per signed retainer.
Correct, that number comes from October 2024 fees
403 is cost per retainer, the extra money is talk time revenue.

@Cameron Rentch, there is no way to know the lead type unless you change the landing page, make 3 way form, injury only, property and dq and pipe into the leads. But from 1-7-2025 (60% of them), I'll use a backed in closing ratio to divy up leads
Each time we have a criteria change it's clone, a new LP contract and Malissa and Mark know what to do, just post in Call Center channel the change, give mark the new price, and ping us in Invoicing channel to ensure we add a new priced "line item" if it's part of the original order. If it's a new order with criteria, then this won't happen since we have the process.
Basically, any criteria change to a deal after it starts is a "New PVS Order Line Item", just like any Purchase Order that has a Change Order to add a new line item, new price.
@Ryan we can’t do that. Just have intake make a second campaign in law ruler. Every time they sign a property damage case they move it to that manually. Tie that back to LeadsPedia very easy moving forward.
I can’t do two campaigns. I don’t have a way to separate the leads that way.
People can have an injury case and still have a property case which qualifies as an injury case, or they can have a property case only with no injury, or they can have an injury case only. There’s no way to do that and the lead form and I’m not going back to change it because it will screw up all the data.
Then each time you have a scenario where you cannot route leads, we still need a LP contract for it, the price for it, the cloned intake with some CODE to let both the LP and LR names. Like we did with Flatirons Fire NC and non-NC, OSOL and non-OSOL and Kuzyk RB and non-RB, so that we can match the LR case to the LP Contract to get price and ensure it rolls up under your Copper PVS orders from the start. Just like any order, just ensure we know about those items the day before you instruct TIP to create a clone with new criteria. In #C01EQF51UTC just go back to the same request for the order, and add a Thread Reply in Slack and say "CHANGE ORDER, with Tony, Sob, Maniora, Malissa, me, Edward.
This should be done in the next hour, data is saving for like 30, then I'll reconcile again to your numbers and fix any discrpeancies. This starated at 3:15 PM.

I need you to please open the attached google sheet, and fill in the revenue per contract per day for the NON DL Flatirons tabs on the sheets. I had Brittany validate against daatabase but we also need to secondary check against database after you have the daily signed contract revenue entered. Like prior ones, please add the column of cost per signed contract(revenue per signed) and add the daily figures in let me know. We need this completed for all of these torts by Wed EOD. If you can send notifications as they are completed I can start the review on my end. Thank you

@Ryan one more issue, in the database I do NOT see any sign ups for Hair relaxer for DiCello Levitt Only during the time period Hair Relaxer - 1-1-2024 - 7-24-2025 but you have DL only listed in a tab. Are these supposed to be part orf the DL/FL? This is the last thing I need to get resolved.
That is a Brittany and Tony question, I don't know what that single DL only was. Probably one they've lost sight of?
@Ryan I think the DL only ones may have been things that were re-triggered, as there are no sign ups for DL only during this time period.I just want to make suyre the total counts are accurate
@Ryan counts appear off for hair relaxer:
DL Flatirons Customer dash shows from 1-1-24 thru 7-24-25 (removing all Demayo/Crump) shows 662 e-sign finals The sheet you sent me shows 577
They will destroy me if the numbers are off. Please review and fix accoridngly please?
