@Andy Rogers, see inbox. Please approve the new Copper Users for Altonese, Mark Maniora and Greg Owen. Here is the rollout plan.

  1. Train Altonese, Brian and Mark Maniora on Copper - Done 4/1/24
  2. Get Users for team
  3. April 1 to April 4 - Altonese will add any more Invoices Sent To Signatures for Cameron into Copper (@Andy Rogers, do you want Greg Owen to manage Cameron's Copper deals once Altonese adds them after she sends invoice?)
  4. Friday April 5th, 2024 - Mark, Altonese and Luke will ensure ALL order are submitted in old form, old database and all payments through 4/5/24 are in database table
  5. Friday April 5th, 2024 - Copper is LIVE and now the main system. a. Altonese will add Activity > Payments for all future payments and update the Order Amount Paid To Date field b. Mark Maniora will wait for Cameron's normal process to build Leadspedia Contracts, instead of submitting form he will: i. Use "soon to be published" dashboard to get naming convention for Leadspedia Contracts and Advertisers ii. Update Copper fields: Companies.LeadspediaAdvertiserID and Opportunities.LeadspediaContractIDs (CRITICALLY IMPORTANT TO LINK REVENUE AND EXPENSES IN DASHBOARD)
  6. Ryan, Brian H. and Luke will work on old SL AWS Dashboard to include Copper and replace the order page with a Copper version.

Mark, this would be a deal that Patsy will send to the Copper Order Pipeline once she completes the few fields.

@Ryan @Patsy Miller This appears to be a new firm, is there a template for other Ozempic campaigns I can follow, to get the correct verbiage on the invoice? Just want to make sure what I produce is what we expect to send. I'll have you look it over before I send, just want to have all the pertinent info on before I send for review.

For instance, here's an Ozempic invoice I found. Should the Sullivan one look exactly the same except for the law firm name and amount?
