@here I have my team on doing an analysis of the client opt out situation. First and foremost the opt outs aren't showing up on the Flatirons Benchmark due to almost all not having the "Signed E=Sign" part. We can flip those but need to know if it is okay to change all of them or not.

Now unfortunately we do not use the owner/assignee fields on a consistent basis, but maybe we should start due to situations like this, but I am unaware of an easy way to tell which agent did what lead besides looking in the activity log. I think Hair Relaxer and NEC are the main ones to check so do you guys want to divide and conquer the ~472 leads to see if there are any patterns with who was doing these opt outs. My team is available to do this activity log review and share what insights they have so far.

How do you intend to figure out if they are mislabeled? Henri is calling on Hair Relaxer but what about the other campaigns? I get trying to call them to salvage the lead but is there another way to know if they were just mislabeled? Is there a material difference for reporting, billing, or otherwise when it comes to "signed e-sign opt out" and just "opt out"?

I ran a customer report for only stand alone Form 95 case types and found 525 with DOB and SS that are filing for themselves. These would be early CL intakes since we have the Form 95 as a separate lead. is this information valid?
