I did find that the call time charge of 2 dollars is still floating around in some. i removed what i found.

Hi @Malissa β I was looking more closely at the rates.xlsx and tried to update it, but I noticed the file lists contract names rather than campaign / case type names. Iβm having trouble figuring out which contract belongs to which case type. @Ryan β I know Iβm just updating the July numbers, so would it be safe to update the call center costs for any of the following categories? β’ Firefighting Foam β’ Chowchilla β’ IL JDC β’ MI Juv Hall β’ MI YTC As long as the case types fall under these categories, I should just use the rates within that excel sheet? Or it has to be very specific AFFF, chowchilla, etc ?

one of the thoughts i've had with updating pricing in the retool app is that it's no longer sustainable.
Like... i spent 3 hours working on it yesterday and didn't get done.
You may need a Spreadsheet style UI table to do things in bulk over time, but if you can add them weekly, any large repricings, we are glad to handle Malissa

@Malissa, can you please make sure all Case Types active in Page 0 for August are fully seutp with hard costs, rates, talk time, fully, category, category points, etc, are all setup in TIP BI App portal?
Here is the sheet that has 2 tables, ones missing Billable Rates and the second, Hard Costs missing hard costs. We need this updated for August to continue to validate TIP financials.
