Hello everyone! @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW Would it be possible to ensure that all agents names begin with either LV or PHX, representing their home office?

We have a system currently that examines the intake agent that signed the PNC, and represents such in the dashboards.

Outside of building a full org chart with every user and their respective office, ensuring we have a consistent naming convention would be the best solution until we have the new CRM.

@deleted-U04HFGHL4RW , we need this for payroll, reporting and internal operations. Marc asked for us to ensure he can see what is closing in PHX and LV broken out. So if anyone has their real name, then add it before like you do now.
