You're guess is as good as mine. That might be a Jake or Cameron question. It's my understanding that we "check" them to make sure they align with the brief. If they DON'T I ask for a revision and say why. If they are fine I leave them in the queue. I am not sure how they are accessed on your end.

@Caleb Peters I noticed we had our NH Abuse script approved for TikTok and wanted to enter in the information for the TTCC. I noticed on the budget sheet I do not have a NH Ad Account ID or a landing page. When the landing page is created make sure it doesn't have any minor or abuse references.
