Hi Joe, I just wanted to touch base with you in PTO/OOO as it seems we are currently in-between managers and HR contacts at the moment.

I am planning on being out of the office the 19th & the 22nd of September. I should be able to work if required and have consistent Internet access, but have obligations that will keep me out of town.

I marked it on my calendar but let me know if I need to alert anyone or document further.
