Good afternoon gents...:) A little birdie tells me that between the two of Malissa's Monday reports are being generated. Ran through about 9 of them and came across some oddities. I ear tell one or both of you might be able to help.

Here's the list:

wait, what's happening? I don't understand what's happening, is it like one report has Signed & DECLINED and another report does not have that status?

Didn't go that deep (still new to diving into these). As it stands right now the biggest problem is the counts between TIP and the reports in a few cases are way off. I searched for test records and ignored those but the ones listed are too far off to ignore.

you'll have to compare the 2 lists between the list you have (from LawRuler/Database) and the Operations dashboard and see why they're not matching, whether that means investigating each lead or not depends on how many are missing

• we usually download the operations dashboard into an excel file and then do xlookups for this

Which is exactly how I found these. Of course, the ones where there were records in TIP and nothing in the reports seemed kind of telling at the time.....:)

From my knowledge, the ones you showed up above are the ones that are not in the dashboard, it MAY be because the dashboard isn't showing Signed & Declines for the malissa reports

Makes sense. Suppose there's any way to make that obvious to a layman to these reports so I don't have to bug you guys? 🙂

I can just re-schedule the Malissa reports that I send out so that they don't include Signed & Declined - so then they should match more consistently going forward

Good morning Gents.....an interesting attachment mix in this morning's AG and MAL report emails....seems each one of today's files and an identical file from a week ago today. Had files created 8/4 AND 8/11. Easily identified and avoided/removed......just so's you know.....:)

oh snap, that's my bad! my script reads off of 'unread' emails, but I was doing some testing last week and I think I marked the old ones as 'unread' and forgot to switch them back to 'read' sorry about that! I'll let the others know
