Hey guys, not urgent, but wanted to ask about exporting users and permissions in Law Ruler. There isn't a way to do this type of export from Reports or the Manage Users section. I know you have a trick @Dustin Surwill to combine and open the pages within LR to view more with less clicks, so maybe that is the best option to then copy/paste the content into excel 🤔?

There is a table in the DB with the LR users but I do not think with their permissions

Strike 2,476,389 against LR, darn. That table would be a good start for what I want to do this week if someone would be kind enough to export it for me. Goal being to start the transition from ID #s to standard user IDs for all agents. We will likely match the LR IDs to Five9 and make that the standard.

There is a way. Looks like LR has an internal API for that data. Give me a little while and I will have a script to generate a csv of that at any time
