Hey good morning! I saw all of these pop up in Lawruler this morning, are these all secondary campaigns?

These are not billable campaigns. They are a "favor" campaign." Brittany built them to not interrupt or conflict with any billing procedure.

Ah gotcha, so is it considered Post acquisition? and if it's non billable do you know if they won't be using any billable status's?

it is only a esign document. So we should we avoid using Secondary Interview completed correct?

Hey there, is Instant Soup Cup Child Burns Medical Questions - DL - Flatirons - DiCello Levitt a intake or secondary campaign?

It's 'giving' post retainer from the name but I wasn't sure.'

They are questions that were not asked in the original intake in error. We have not determined who will call these yet.

Makes sense. So it is technically post retainer in the sense that we have a retainer for these, but need to call them back?

Correct

Hey there, can I get a few minutes of your time when you become available? I'm trying to figure something out about post-retainer case types.

What specifically are you trying to figure out?

I’m working on a project to better track how our intake cases connect to post-retainer cases in Law Ruler, and I could use your expertise. I’m trying to understand:

  1. For each intake case type, how many different kinds of post-retainer cases do we typically create?
  2. What is the purpose of each of those post-retainer case types?
  3. What’s the maximum number of post-retainer cases we might ever create for a single lead?
  4. Looking ahead, what’s the long-term plan for how secondary/post-retainer case types will be used? To give you an idea, I’m building a system that lists all associated case types for each intake campaign. For example: • Intake case: Chowchilla Women’s Prison Abuse 2 – SGGH – Meadow – Shield Legal • Secondary interview case: Chowchilla Women’s Prison Abuse 2 SEC – SGGH – Meadow – Meadow • Medical records case: Unknown/None • Secondary PFS: Unknown/None • Docs: Unknown/None Your guidance will help make sure this system reflects the real process and future plans.

Interesting- I understand on lawruler, you can create multiple forms for a single campaign/lead

Is there a reason we don't just add another form to the secondary interview?

I want to build a way for Cam and friends to track a lead as it moves through all it's different processes, and I can only do that if I understand each step a lead needs to go through.

Something like this:

The secondary interview process, much like the intake process, must maintain a consistent status flow: Being Worked → Completed → Audited → Sent to the Firm. Adding additional tabs or categories to the secondary interview stage would risk exposing information that has already been finalized and sent. It would also create difficulty in identifying where a file was deficient, since the information and status would become too malleable instead of fixed and traceable.

Okay, that makes sense- Do you believe it would be possible to limit it to a certain amount of post-retainer case types?

I can build a form where people can put in the casetype id for each case type that an intake needs and just keep track of what the "Final status" on each kind of case type is so I can log when that is done, but I need a consistent amount and kind of post-retainer case types so I can build the system to work around it

Not going back but say for future campaigns, can we guarantee that if an intake needs it, they will have at most 3 post-intake cases and a medical records case

We are at the behest of the law firm. We do not have control over the execution of each case or its requirements to see it through. To limit our options is to increase the opportunity of failure. We are under tremendous deadlines to accomplish these tasks thus demanding a simple answer that allows completion without jeopardizing what had been completed before.
