I spoke with Nick C and he said that Abe did not want to do a new report for the old DL campaigns. He said that the report does not need to be worked on at the moment. I think we need a side conversation about this...which we can do tomorrow

@Carter Matzinger There are a handful of currently open DL campaigns that are still signing new clients. I can grab a list of them in a few minutes if you would like. If Abe does not want us to reconcile the older campaigns now, we will standby in case that changes in the future. Happy to discuss tomorrow.

Their status is open for new intakes to be signed. Some have had no new sign ups and/or leads in a long time. For the ones listed there, I think Paraquat 13 has a secondary interview

Hair Relaxer (non-Flatirons) has been closed for some time, but we still work on the secondary interviews for those. They are dwindling. Paraquat DL/ML and Paraquat DL LegaFi are also closed but secondary interviews are still being worked.

If they want us to sign them, we can send it over as a client they can move forward with. If they don't want the person signed, they should update their status/notes on their end since that person never signed the retainer and was never actually their client.

Yeah, I figured they won't want to delete. I am not sure if they have other statuses, but they should definitely have some notes on the file to indicate that the person was never retained (maybe they have a status for prospective leads?)

Hello @Carter Matzinger — I’ve finished creating the Mormon Abuse dashboard, which covers all the points Flatirons requested. I also added two additional points related to the type of abuse to help strengthen their case. Here’s the link: https://shieldlegal.cloud.looker.com/dashboards/181 You have access to the dashboard, but I haven’t granted DL access yet. I’ll wait until we review it together and confirm everything looks good ahead of our 12:30 pm meeting with them. On the back end, I coded the joins between the intake data, secondary interview data, and JP’s daily medical record report (which includes Litify status) so all fields update automatically. I’ve tested it thoroughly and everything looks great so far. I’ll keep monitoring it before using this approach for the other dashboards they’ve requested. Let me know your thoughts on how it came out and if there’s anything we should add, remove, or rename. Also, I do plan on creating a "status cheat sheet" that explains what our statuses means to them but haven't had the chance to write all of those. May need to pull other team's assitance for that since it is for intake and secondary interviews and litify status lol. Also I think we should get Cameron's approval on this board as well since typically he likes to see the dashboards before sharing things with Flatirons based on my experience

Also I am sharing the "board" link: https://shieldlegal.cloud.looker.com/boards/27 Ideally, all dashboards would go inside the board (think if the board as an organized folder) and this link would be the link we should share with them instead of an individual dashboard link.
