Good afternoon! I don't know if you are in office today (I let the firm know that we may not get to this until next week), but with the Howard Nations and Dan Levinson AFFF case, we have follow up services for ordering medical records and military records through Case Works. Levinson is responsible for the bill for this part from my understanding, but we are coordinating with Case Works to get all of this done. Case Works has been asking me and the people at Nations about what the limit is on medical records cost before it needs to be flagged for approval and neither of us are able to answer this question. Is that something you or someone in your department can assist with? Let me know and I can get you or whomever in touch with Case Works.
