@here Hi everyone! I've made some changes to the new campaign setup. We now have a column that shows who approved the task after it's been "Completed" by the person assigned as we discussed in our meeting.
I've also added a label in status that states "Awaiting Firm Approval." Once the firm has approved the Retainer, Intake form, and criteria, these areas (Create Criteria and Case Info, Review Intake and Criteria, Criteria Reviewed and Posted to Agents, and Upload/Map Docs to LR) can be changed to "Done" by my team.
