@Nick Ward @Joe Santana please see attached that @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA put together very well. Please note that I told Alan we have alot of this being worked on through both Joe directly with carriers and Nick with Five 9. I need you guys to please get a plan with Alan for all post acquisition we need to utilize these tools and get staff off of the ring central, porting numbers, OR find a way to use both systems. We are falling behind on fact sheets/interviews and MRT ordering in some campaigns. These changes, coupled with shift changes to have people staying later and weekends will help dramatically.
